How we can help communities and intergenerational groups

We facilitate activities that positively contribute to the health and wellbeing of communities and intergenerational groups in a cost-effective way. We provide support and ideas to facilitate and develop the outdoor offer you make to your group and the way you measure impact.

At Develop Learning Outdoors we will:

Inspire and encourage you to offer your group appealing nature-connection experiences and alongside this we will explain and justify why this is so important.

Offer bespoke group workshops to enhance and develop your knowledge and skills in an informed way championing the fantastic and cost-effective outdoor environment. We specialise in an inclusive approach and are equally happy to bring the outdoors inside or support transitions to the outdoors.

Encourage your group to interact together with nature, feeling the benefits and conquering any anxieties. We can even bring the outdoor inside for you.

Together we can build and develop a useful toolkit full of ideas for nature and outdoor activities that you can use independently, again and again, with your group.

Sarah Williams

Gill has a hands-on, creative approach to learning. Gill led our team, empowering all members and creating an environment where my colleagues and I flourished. She led our staff development, equipping staff with ideas, resources and plans. She empowered us to develop the outdoor learning curriculum using a range of natural materials and the local environment.

Gillian is enthusiastic with a natural affinity for people. She draws on a wealth of ideas and experiences from working and training in primary and early years education.

We were encouraged to discuss first hand experiences and go in-depth with specific areas of inclusion.
